환자 CT를 기반으로 좌심방 모형 3종을 3D 프린팅하고, 좌심방이 폐쇄 전·정확한 폐쇄 후·불완전한 폐쇄 후의 혈류를 4D Flow MRI로 비교했습니다. 정확하게 폐쇄한 모형에서 혈류 정체 용적과 혈전 형성 관련 지표가 감소하는 결과를 확인했습니다. 좌심방이 입구를 정확하게 폐쇄하는 것이 혈류 개선에 미치는 영향을 보여주는 개념 검증 실험입니다.
